1. Purpose of Herapheri Goods

Herapheri Goods is an online vehicle listing platform that helps transport vehicle owners (trucks, mini-trucks, thel, vikram autos, chhota hathi, JCBs, cranes, etc.) list their vehicles so that customers can directly contact them. We do not facilitate bookings, transactions, or vehicle verifications—our platform is solely for informational purposes. We are an intermediate services provider between customers who want to book truck/transport services and truck drivers/owners who want to offer services to customers.

In the future, we may introduce additional features such as paid listings to promote certain vehicle owners and a Refer & Earn program, but our core functionality remains focused on providing a user-friendly, transparent, and efficient platform for transport vehicle owners and customers to connect.

2. User Registration & Account Responsibilities

To access certain features, vehicle owners must register an account by providing valid details. Users must ensure that all information submitted is accurate, up-to-date, and lawful. Any misleading or fraudulent entries may result in account suspension. A registered vehicle owner will have access to additional features like Refer & Earn and Paid Listing options. These features will only be visible after successful vehicle registration. Users should maintain confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized access due to user negligence will not be the responsibility of Herapheri Goods.

3. Vehicle Listing Policy

Vehicle owners can list their transport vehicles with proper details by clicking the "I accept/I agree" button. Listings should be genuine, complete, and free from misleading information. Herapheri Goods does not verify the authenticity of listings, so customers should conduct their own verification before making any business decisions. Any listing containing false claims, illegal services, or inappropriate content will be removed without notice.

4. Paid Listing Service (Future Implementation)

A Paid Listing feature will be introduced in the future, allowing vehicle owners to promote their listings for better visibility. Paid listings will be displayed in prominent positions, but Herapheri Goods does not guarantee any specific number of leads or business results. All payments for Paid Listings will be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the refer & earn and refund policy. Any fraudulent activity related to paid listings may result in permanent suspension of the user's account.

5. Refer & Earn Program (Future Implementation)

Registered vehicle owners will be able to refer new users using a referral code. Referral bonuses will be subject to specific terms and conditions that will be outlined in the future. Any misuse of the referral program, such as creating fake accounts or attempting to manipulate the system, will result in account suspension.

6. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We collect, store, and use user data in compliance with the IT Act, 2000 and other applicable data protection laws. We do not share user data with third parties without consent, except when required by law. While we implement security measures, Herapheri Goods is not responsible for any unauthorized access, hacking, or data breaches.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users must agree to: Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices. Not post any offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content in vehicle listings. Not attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the website. Violating these terms may result in account suspension, removal of listings, and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Herapheri Goods is not liable for any disputes, frauds, or damages resulting from interactions between vehicle owners and customers. We do not provide any guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding the accuracy of listings or the quality of transport services. Users interact at their own risk and should conduct independent verification before engaging in any transactions.

9. Service Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature, service, or policy without prior notice. Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Document Verification Process

Users may be required to upload certain documents (such as vehicle registration certificates or driver's licenses) for verification purposes. By uploading these documents, users agree to the following:

• All documents must be valid, current, and legally issued by the appropriate authorities.
• Users retain full control over their documents and can delete them at any time from our system.
• Documents are used solely for verification purposes and to enhance trust within the platform.
• Uploading fraudulent or manipulated documents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Herapheri Goods will handle all documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

While document verification helps build trust, Herapheri Goods does not guarantee the authenticity of any user or their documents. Users should exercise their own judgment when interacting with others on the platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the IT Act, 2000 and other applicable regulations. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
